Applied through LinkedIn. Hiring manager reached out for initial call. Got invited to virtual on site. An essay on why Blue and a presentation on my personal experiences/projects were required. On site consist of a panel session with my presentation, three break out 1 on 1s, then finally a bar raiser (yes the same one like Amazon). HR gets back in about a week.
Mostly a positive experience, but one of the interviewers kept interrupting me when I talk (I literally cannot finish my sentence), so that was very annoying
