Received an email stating that the hiring manager had reviewed my resume and was very interested in scheduling a phone screen. Within the first few minutes, it was obvious the phone screener had not seen my resume prior. Received an email later that day stating the company would not be moving forward.

Half hour phone screen followed by a 1 hour to a panel and then a half hour with each interviewer. Then a half hour phone screen with someone in a different department to provide an independent perspective
