I received an email from HR to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. The HR told me to get to know the company, however the hiring manager only asked technical questions that have nothing to do with my education or experience and not even the position itself.
There were 3 other people on the panel but they couldn’t say anything.
I have never been in a bad interview like this before.

How have you used one of Blue’s values in the past?
Overall a good experience, recruiter was very warm and understanding. Intimidating and in-depth on specificities of personal experiences but understandably so, considering the skills and effort required to design and manufacture reusable launch vehicles.

What's one project that you worked on where the application of GD&T had a large impact on?
Had a 1 call with a recruiter, who asked me about myself, and asked if i met the qualifications for the role. Then got ghosted for the 1:1s call, was never scheduled even after reaching out.
