After a 20 minute phone interview, I was asked to come in for an in person interview that lasted about an hour. The Q&A period was about 30 minutes and then I had 30 minutes to do a social media assessment where I had to say what a Facebook & Twitter Account were doing well & what they could improve on. Then I had to write 2 posts for each account.
