Initial screening call with HR team. First interview was competency based with the Head of Content Marketing. Second interview was a task with the Head and Content Marketing Manager. Everyone was very friendly throughout the process and the Talent Acquisition Partner was always on hand to answer any questions.

The interview process was entirely online, with an initial screening call, a first stage 1:1 interview and a second stage two-person interview with a presentation task. All other communication was via email and the talent acquisition partner was very proactive at providing updates.
