Just a 30 minute interview about past work experiences. The interviewer then just explained more about the position including hours and training. The interview was fairly straight forward. Just come prepared with a clear explanation of your experience, why you want to position and what hospitality looks like to you.

I thought it went well. I had a feeling when the hiring manager told me after the interview “the recruiter will get back to you”. Made me feel uneasy. Worst interview process ever. You have to go through a recruiter first to set you up with an in person interview. Didn’t get hired.
