Took a tour of the plant first thing when I got there. We walked around for over an hour. After that, we sat in someone’s office and had a real interview. They gave me a scoop of ice cream while I was being interviewed. Thought that was kinda funny but nice.
It is really easy and they really never ask any hard questions. If your older than 40 do not apply you will never get a call back. if your looking in Richmond then stay away... these 3 guys here are horrible to work for.
