The interview process was extensive, involving a total of six interviews across four stages, stretching over a two-month period.
It included two technical interviews, each lasting over an hour. The concluding stage featured three back-to-back behavioral interviews with a range of stakeholders and executives. Following the final interviews, I was informed that I would be updated on the next steps in due course.
Throughout this period, I had a positive outlook on the progression of the process, and found everyone I interacted with to be welcoming and professional.
However, after a three-week period without any significant updates, I was taken aback to receive a standard rejection email.
The substantial investment of time and effort ended in a disappointing manner, with what felt akin to being disregarded in the final stages.
