Brief phone interview a week after applying. CV run-through and very general questions. Was told I got to the next round a day later. The HR people were very friendly. The second round interview at the office was early in the morning. Got rejected two days later without any feedback.

The second round was at the office. I was interviewed by the head of the sales team and the head of the analytics team. Questions were also around the CV. they asked for some finance basics. There was a role playing part that I didn't do well. They tried to corner me, see how I reacted under pressure.

The first and second rounds focused heavily on diving deep into my motivation and assessing job fit. The final interview was centered on gauging my commitment and whether I would accept the offer if extended.
