The interview process was not traditional because I completed a 3-day externship with Bloomberg prior to applying. After the externship, they invited me to apply and do a "practice round" with one of the hiring mangers I met during the externship. They walked me through the process and made it very easy, noting that I stood out a lot during the externship.
