Online application --> Test --> video interview --> HR interview (30 mins) --> job shadowing (1hr) --> team leader interview (1hr) --> manager interview (1hr)
As seen above its an enduring process but they made sure everyone feel comfortable with the arrangements, interviews are arranged according to your time preferences. HR were super nice and friendly. Job shadowing is literally job shadowing but there are also useful info /insights provided. You can ask them any questions you have regarding their job (and i encourage you to do so).
Hr Interview: About your CV, background, skills, Sales roleplay, why not xxx industry but BBG, why BBG, why Sales, sales motivations, sales exp.
For Team leader interview: videoconference, 1 leader from analytics and 1 from sales. They ask about your experiences in detail, CV, sales/CS motivation + experience, behavioural questions, experience with BBG terminal (just one simple question), potential brain teaser (easy). Prepare 4-5 questions to ask.
For Manager interview: you'll be interviewed by very senior managers in your geographical region. You may face serious people but at the same time good cop bad cop. Just have to stay calm and chill. They ask aboutyour sales, CS experiences, motivations, sales skills, knowledge about BBG (and its range of products), why BBG, finance experience (if you have prior exp), where do u see yourself in X years, etc. Again, its more about you as a person, be yourself and turn it into a conversation. Learn how to control the atmosphere. Prepare 4-5 questions to ask.
