The interviewer speaks very fast. Some technical questions about financial derivatives (options, bonds) knowledge, special kind of financial products, brain teaser. No coding questions. Not typical engineering interview but more like quant trader/trader interview.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Bloomberg
Entretien
I applied online and got a call from HR to set up an interview. The first round went well with some technical questions. The interviewers were nice too. The 2nd round was with the Hiring manager and that too went well. I was initially told the 3rd round would be with the Global Head, but later was told the Team Lead from London will interview me. The interview was set up for 4pm London time . I was waiting for the video call to start at the scheduled time. There was no one. 5 minutes later someone from the US joins saying that the guy had to go home. And he adds "don't ask me why he had to go home". He asked a few questions but during the whole process he seemed uninterested and it was obvious he wasn't listening and looking at something else on his desk. After a while he asked, "Do you have any questions?" and then adds, "Don't ask me why the previous guy left". Why would I ask such a thing?! Interview ended in 25 minutes.
Not sure why they set up the final round if they had already decided against me. There was a recent article on Linkedin on how candidates are ghosting at work, not turning up for interviews, etc. If the Head of the group does the same at some company, I guess it's ok but the candidates are supposed to be at their best. Ha.

Usual valuation questions on various asset classes. 2nd round was more behavioral than technical.
