Applied in November, got a call in February to set up an initial phone interview. After phone interview, I was invited to an on-site group assessment and interview. After, I was invited for a final interview with the Manager.

Question 1
Very straight forward - behavioural and situational questions asked during the interviews. If you speak any languages, make sure you can actually speak them. Just know the company and what they do - if your interest and goals don't "match" the job, they won't hire you.
