4 Part Interview Process: 1) Phone Call: really simple screening phone call just asking about your experience, education, and why you're interested 2) Recorded Interview Questionaire: definitely an awkward video interview as you record yourself answering questions like: what do you know about bloomberg? tell us about yourself? what are three words to decribe yourself? what are your hobbies? what do you know about the role 3) Super-Day: this part of the process is extremely exciting but also intimidating. the office is unbelievable and you get a full tour of the building and the analytics department. you shadow an analyst work with clients via the terminal but this part doesnt really matter as you dont need to impress these workers. you then particiapte in a phantom bloomberg session where you work the terminal and work with 2-3 clients at the same time. once again, this is just so they can see how you react under pressure. the questions are pretty simple but just be polite via the chat and you will be fine. after you interview with two team leaders and they were very nice but also ask you the same questions but this time you need to provide more answers and more in-depth responses. both sessions last no more than 30 min. 4) Interview with Hiring Manager: this is super hard, going to be honest. if you say you are knowledgable about finance they will grill you for the entire hour. they will also ask you to sell them something so be ready for that. be ready to explain why bloomberg over other comapnies and make sure u know everything bloomberg does (not just sell terminals). if you do well here, they ll call you in two weeks and tell you that you got the job.
