I was invited to do a video interview. Interview questions were not hard. Just some knowledge in finance and recent financial news would be necessary. The interview was done with AI but I would prefer to do an interview with a real person. It was somehow awkward.

The first and second rounds focused heavily on diving deep into my motivation and assessing job fit. The final interview was centered on gauging my commitment and whether I would accept the offer if extended.

Begins with a personality assesment that also includes puzzles meant to test pattern recognition. The assesment and the personality quiz takes about 30-40 minutes and requires no preperation before hand.
