Applied through the career website and received and email back 3 days later asking to set up a phone interview. Was during finals week so I pushed it back two weeks to give myself some time to prepare. The phone interview was simple, pretty standard. Walk me through your interview, what do you know about the position, etc. Two days later received an email saying they were moving on without me, quite unexpected.
