I applied online. I am currently in another country but applied to London office. I've had a phone interview and a language assessment so far. They will ask you some behavioral questions during the Language assessment but your answers are solely evaluated for your language skill. I am to have 3 more rounds of interview.

6 month interview cycle so it takes a while to actually talk to managers. The trader was not the nicest and would laugh after interviews. Overall a really long process
