I was called for a quick phone call, it was pretty simple. Process was quicker than expected from the time I applied. Then there was a group interview and from there I think a drug test was performed on a group others will come back another day if they are with block by block and not another recruiter

They ask questions like “why you want to work here, a time you went above and beyond for someone” and go over job description. It was pretty easy then they invite for a group interview

Entretien
I had my initial interview and the woman I spoke with was very friendly and informative. I feel this would be a good company to work for based on my judgement with this experience.

Entretien
I met a Block by Block recruiter at a job fair. She invited me to attend a group interview 2 days later. Interview was a presentation from recruiter and supervisor. Questions encouraged. Recruiter very respectful of attendees' time. She followed up with me the next day.
