This is one of those places that offers next to nothing and demands everything. The HR person will call you and ask a long list of generic questions that . If you grind your teeth and put up with it enough, the owner will call you to ask you the same boring, irrelevant questions. The difference though is that the owner is a typical frigid Minnesotan Ice Queen who thinks she has the right to disrespect you by interrogating you so you have to "opportunity" to work for her. Asking someone where they play to be in five years and what their goals are, are idiotic when the job is 10 hours per week max. Also, people applying for the job are bringing something to the company, yet she thinks she's bending over backward to hire someone out of the kindness of her heart. She needs someone who can do the job and should treat anyone who can do the job better. She should treat people better period.
