So, my phone interviewer was 10 mins late. He scheduled an onsite while we are on the phone. When they forgot to send onsite details, I was reluctant to see if they actually wanted me onsite. I wasn't sure if I was willing to take time off to go onsite. I did follow up, since a friend encouraged me to check them out anyway. I received an interview confirmation with my interviewers' names. The first interviewer was a pleasant girl, and I felt like I learned a lot more about the actual position and company environment. Afterwards, things started to feel tense. People barging in looking at my interview schedule. (My notes were on there...) My 2nd interviewer looked at her phone from minute 1 throughout the 20-30 minute conversation, and then my third interviewer couldn't make it. So interview 2 and my non-interview 3 had me feeling pretty horrible. Then, it seemed like I was practically kicked out. Entire process felt sloppy and unwelcoming.
