The whole process was very straight forward and I totally enjoyed it. Everybody including the recruiter to the interviewers were extremely polite and friendly. The case provided for presentation was something pretty unique. I can however see what they were trying to gauge out of this exercise. Though the result was not what I was expecting, I would still rate Square experience as one of my best. Square is a company I admire and I think the way they are approaching to achieve their mission is the best.
