A series of interviews by phone. The first was a very basic screen followed by two technical interviews. The technical interviews were done using a web-app called coder-pad (not to be confused with codepad). The technical interviews both lasted about 1 hour with some time for Q&A. It is indeed nice to be able to run code via coderpad while working through a problem, however it can still be slightly awkward being interviewed over the phone.
