The came to our college for recruitment. First they said a test will be conducted but no test was conducted instead shortlisting was done on resume basis. 200 candidates have applied for the job and they didn't revealed the shortlisting. They made all 200 students to attend the PPT that too on a Sunday and shortlisted only 23 students and they were 3 hours late for PPT, highly unprofessional. Work on weekends and holidays will be very tedious. Working hours will be more than 12 hours and 7 days a week. One of my senior had left the job in 1 month.
