Incredibly misleading. I went through the first two interviews with HR, receiving the feedback that I was a good fit for the role. Then I came to the final round interview which lasted 5 minutes, where I was told that my experiences were too limited and they were looking for more experienced candidates. It was clear that there’s a lack in communication between interviewers during this process.
