Started with a brief phone screening with Stephanie. Went for my initial interview a couple days later, which was pretty much a typical job interview – the director Alex (I think his name was, he made the interview very comfortable) he went over my resume and asked questions about me, my past working experience, education, etc. We discussed the position further and the work atmosphere. They had just moved into their new office, you could tell by the boxes, new desks and monitors, they seem to still be in set up mode, but it means they are growing which is good.
