The interview process was long but understandably so, considering all of the interviews were done remotely and that the team is still very small, making each hiring critical. Overall there were 7 stages, in the following order: * Skype chat with the CEO, where he described the company and the responsibilities I would have in the position. * 2 hours technical questionnaire. * Technical interview with the CTO. * 4 hours coding challenge. * Chat with the rest of the team. * Another conversation with the CEO about the company's culture and values. * Technical talk with the CTO of Blindfeed's investor After that I got an offer and flew in to see the offices and meet the team in person.
