There are two on-site sessions to talk to cross-functional team members, such as Designers, UX researchers, PM, Eng. It's helpful to me to understand daily life at Blend holistically.

Entretien
There were many rounds but the entire process was super professional and thoughtful. First round was a convo with hiring manager, then a project deep dive with a designer, finally the virtual onsite was broken down to 2 days. They even included a product demo, which was super helpful for me to understand the business.

Entretien
Phone screen, pre screen (past work), and then full virtual on-site split into 2. The final round consists of a portfolio review, multiple 1:1 with Eng and PM, and then a Design Exercise, which was an App Critique for me.
