Last year I applied online and email through their contact link. I got an interview with the recruiter which was a short behavioral-type deal, and then I received a HackerRank challenge. I didn't pass the HackerRank and didn't move on. This year I emailed the recruiters a couple of times asking for a follow-up interview this year. After 4 or so emails, I received a response back saying that I wasn't a fit for the company at this point in time. I understand it's supposed to be a gentle letdown, but it still came off as pretty demeaning.

Pretty extensive interviews, usually leetcode medium/hards. Also care a lot about culture fit so there is a focus on behavioral interviews. The people were super nice though but looks like a cutthroat environment.
