On campus interviews were with 2 senior attorneys. The next step was to go to headquarters for interviews with 3 individual attorneys. About a month later, I got an offer for a summer position.

Trying to explain every gap / unusual item in your history - i.e. a not-spectacular first year GPA. But, I was prepared with an explanation, so it worked.
Smooth scheduling process, several rounds over several weeks, virtual interviews to start and onsite for final round. Very professional and asked the basics to test ability to do the role.

Entretien
This firm is really impressive in connecting you with a group and really giving you a feel of the work and culture of the group. The group follows up but is not obnoxious and gives you time and wants you to make the right decision for yourself.

5 different interviewers back to back about 15 minutes each.
It wasn't a difficult interview. They asked some behavioral questions so practice some of those. All but one of the interviewers seemed odd. Idk weird vibes all around. Beautiful office.
