The interview process went on for about 3 weeks. The interviews were pretty straightforward. One was with the recruiter, the next with the hiring manager, then the hiring manager’s team, and then a last one with more principal employees. I received a verbal offer after about 3 weeks of interviewing from the recruiter. I accepted, but I still had not received an official offer letter. I continued to follow up with the recruiter and she assured me the team was excited, and that the letter was just awaiting an approval. Thankfully I kept my options open and continued to interview around because after three weeks of waiting for an official offer letter, my offer was completely rescinded as they were “recalibrating” their hiring process. Avoid!!
