Entretien
I applied online and a couple weeks later I was invited to do a digital screening interview where I was asked pre-recorded questions. It was easy enough. I didn't hear back for about two weeks and when I did I was informed that I made it to the next round which was a panel interview via WebEx. I was a bit weary at first but it was actually a pleasant experience. The interview flow was very natural and it took about an hour. It was better than having to meet with people individually and repeat the same thing over and over. All aspects of the interview were virtual. I was presented with an offer the following week
Former employee interested in returning. I previously felt very highly of the company, but the interview process this time was disappointing. After being told my background was a strong fit, I was completely ghosted—no updates, good or bad. The lack of communication makes it seem like the company may have changed for the worse. Even if there is eventual interest, the experience leaves me hesitant to pursue further.
