It was a pleasant experience. My interviewer was a Japanese gentleman. He was very polite and professional. I was nervous at first but I was put at ease because he was soft spoken and considerate. The interview went smoothly. He asked me about my background particularly about my past job. Then we did a role play/ short demo where I was the teacher and he was the student. Advice to future applicants: be confident and show enthusiasm.

The interviewer was pretentious and rude despite clearly being a non-native speaker. Talked down to me like a typical mediocre Filipino company's rep. They're copying Rarejob and offering higher pay to compensate for their lackluster business environment. CEO seems ignorant of what's going on in the frontlines, as their interviewer lacks any sense of how English is actually spoken in international companies.
