"They provide a take-home exercise and expect candidates to spend around 8 hours on it, using their framework, Grenache. The documentation for Grenache was not as clear or detailed as I expected, but I completed and submitted the solution. Afterward, I asked for feedback but received no response. If you require candidates to dedicate significant time to a coding exercise, it’s only fair to provide some form of feedback in return.

Took a while for recruiter to get back to me after the take home assignment almost a month. Sent multiple reminders, but generally there is a take home assignment and some technical inteview.
