Application process was clear but had many stages. Submitted your CV, then completed some online assessments, then had to do an online interview, then you had to go to the office to do a business activity for 1 hour, then you had to complete the interview with senior management and a partner.

Final stage (Assesment Centre) is comprised of a case study question for an hour, followed by an interview by a partner and manager of your chosen service line for another hour. The whole experience was boring and impersonal. They call it an assessment day but you learn nothing about their company, they don't offer you any reasons to work for them and it really seems like a one way questioning session rather than a conversation where both parties are engaging. Interviewers seemed indifferent about being there.
