Phone interview followed by Aptitude test ,face to face interview and psychometric test. Questions focussed on PMS , Training and Employee Relations . Difficulty level of questions was moderate. Interview was conducted in kolkata. Mostly questions were from past work experience and little on college life (in case of primere institutes).
