The process overall was very neat. Started with an online test followed by two technical interviews and a manager round. Questions asked were moderate overall and if you know what you’re doing, you can clear the interviews. The problem was with the expectations around remuneration. Even after putting up my expectations upfront before the process, I was so disappointed with the final offer that I had to turn it down. The final offer wasn’t even close to what I was expecting and had communicated to the HR. So, just make sure you set your expectations clearly beforehand and only then invest your time in the interview process.

Starting was good. First two rounds had Javascript, Basic DSA, React questions. Third round was managerial round taken by Lead engineer. It started normally then turned into HLD LLD and React interview. Asking to implement a system. Any use of searching and looking up things was not allowed which doesn't align with real world scenario. Too much focus on code implementation rather than problem solving, approach, and concept clarity.
