Process was easy - led by the one of the senior support specialists and the head of support at the time. There was a case that I needed to answer as I was a part of their support team. It ended with a final interview with their COO at the time

Entretien
It was a video interview. It didn't happen on the initial day it was supposed to happen because of poor internet connection, the interviewer was understanding, and asked me to choose another day, which I did. The interview went well. the interviewer was sincere and informed me they have gone far with other candidates in the interview process, and they might select from any one of them, and that's what they did. I appreciate the transparency though. They informed me via email that they would be going with another candidate.
It was a good experience, I will be applying again if I see an open position.
