I took the interview last year in Cambridge MA. The whole hiring process was professional with smooth and fast period. A coordinator from maybe hr department handled all the things during the process and the reply for questions was quiet fast. I applied early the month on the official Biogen career site and took 3-4 days to get an email from hr for the schedule of phone interview. The interview took 30mins focusing on a combination of both technical questions and behavior question. After no more than a week got the onsite interview. One and half hours met with four managers and directors from the department I will work in and the questions are quite tough with a high pressure face to face talk.

Entretien
First, HR reaches out. Then the hiring manager and team member conduct separate 30-minute interviews. They introduced the project they will be working on and asked questions about your reserach and background.
Two 30 minute interviews with scientific team members and the hiring team. Conducted over Microsoft teams. Flexible with scheduling. Overall a good experience with enough time to go over all the necessary background and skills.
Short 15 minute phone interview about behavioral questions with the recruiter. A few days after, I received a call scheduling the next interview with a panel of hiring managers, which was technical based.
