There first was a pre screening interview for work eligibility, and then an interview. Pre screening was 10 to 15 minutes. And I don’t remember how long the real one was, it was a while ago.

The process was professional and well-structured. It began with an online application followed by an in-person interview with the department manager. They focused heavily on my technical background, my ability to follow strict SOPs, and how I handle high-pressure situations. The team was welcoming, and the communication regarding the next steps was very clear throughout the week." (56 words)
Pretty standard interview done through a Teams video call. Mostly asked about past education and experience, and talked about the role in more detail. None of the questions were too technical or anything unexpected.
