Seemed organised. Asked good questions about my resume. Most of the people seemed professional and friendly - they gave a good vibe and I enjoyed the interview.
The only negative thing was that I was kept waiting for an incredibly long time and there was nooone at the reception.... this gave an initial bad impression.

However, the upper management team including the CEO seemed more nervous and unprepared than anyone else.
