a waste of time as they were not interested in me because I am not local, but flew me from the East Coast to interview me. Interviewed for a position that previously had a high rate of turnover which is a red flag. Senior Leadership seemed unsure of himself.

Positive initial convos with HR. Then met with 4-5 people on the team. Interview was conversational to understand fit. I got good feedback from hiring manager. However, I got completely ghosted afterwards. I never received any word from their HR about anything, even after reaching out. That felt unacceptable.

Overall a very pleasant process. HR was very responsive and got back to me in a timely fashion. The interview was also very pleasant with an average level of difficulty
