First had a phone interview then was invited on site to interview with four different people. On the day of the interview one person was not available so I never met with them. Next, they invited me for ANOTHER on site interview. For the second interview, HR told me the interview started at noon in an email, but then it said it started at 1 in an attachment. Upon trying to get a hold of them to confirm a time, I could not, so I showed up at the earlier time. When I got there, I explained the situation and they told me the interview started at 1, so I had to come back. During the interview, once again, someone was not there, so my interview was cut short again.
Despite all of this disorganization, I was given an offer. I just about died laughing at the pay they tried to offer me. Considering the amount of industrial experience I have and they tried to pay me less than what a new grad with no experience should be making. It was comical. And I quite frankly felt offended not only at their offer, but at how RUDE the person was who called to "congratulate" me with the offer. There was clearly no room for negotiation whatsoever. And I wasn't that desperate to belittle myself to their standards.
My advice to applicants: Don't settle for the insulting pay they may offer you. Know your worth and take your time finding a job that will value you appropriately and fairly. Look past all the interviews and realize that if a company is willing to pay you such horrible wages that they must not care about their employees whatsoever.
