Interview process was broken down into 3 parts, HR interview, peer interview and cross department interview.
Overall the process was easy, but scheduling it took some time, as most of the interviewers was not in the same timezone.
Background check was taking most of the time as well, hence is why the entire process took longer than it should've.

Tell me about a time you failed at something you were trying to achieve.
Applied online, went through HR screening, then interviews with an analyst, hiring manager, and department manager. All interviews were smooth and professional, but the entire process was surprisingly long, taking around six months from application to final interview.

Entretien
There 4 rounds of interviews with the recruiter, one member, the manager, and one up level manager from the team via video meetings. All of them are nice and friendly, and we had the interviews using Chinese and English.

unresponsive HR, lame questions, it took 2 weeks to complete 4 interviews, 2 of them did not even dare to open their cameras. there was a language barrier, people were not good at English.
