Had two video interviews, a third one scheduled then...nothing. Nada. No feedback, no communication...nothing. I've not encountered this before, anywhere. Imagine ghosting candidates in this day and age. Downright unprofessional.

Pretty straight forward, just a chat with HR and then meeting the head of the Department. They looked at my portfolio, we talked about processes and ways of working. However, note that I wasn't for a role in the main Binance team, it was for the BNB Chain. I think for a role in the main team it's more difficult.
