The recruiter interview was fairly easy and straightforward. The interview with the hiring manager was different from most interviews, because the hiring manager asked me to lead in with my questions first. It was refreshing and gave me plenty to time to learn about the role, but created more of a focus around my learnings of Billtrust rather than let my experience shine. I asked questions for the first 20 minutes, then turned it over to the hiring manager. The call was at the end of their work day, so I asked if they could spare a few minutes to keep conversing. They obliged and we spoke for close to an hour.

Interview process went very well. Met with a total 6 people. Talking through your background. Recruiter kept delaying information on the opportunity with e for 2 weeks before saying they went with another candidate.
