Ridiculous process, met with R&D before even meeting hiring manager. This individual knew nothing about marketing or product management and asked questions completely irrelevant to the role. I'm not surprised this role is still not filled yet, sadly with the way they are searching and interviewing they will not get the right candidate.

Recruiter screen first and after passing, was followed by a scheduled r&d/stats interview and product sense interview
Screen was personality fit/ resume overview, followed by more rigorous technical interview (45 min and 60 min)
