Scheduling the interview was easy enough. But most of the senior staff I met with were condescending and full of themselves. The offer structure is also very strange. They offer you a total comp, with whatever ratio of equity and salary you want. But they don’t disclose or even hint at the value of the equity. The lab was huge and overstaffed for their advertised sample volume as well.
