Online assessment asks about experimental biology, PCR, statistics, being able to carefully read the questions, and showing quantitative skills. The time for OA is a little short, but if you can think quickly and read carefully, you will have a good chance to move onward.

First screen was a testgorilla with section on lab stuff, basic data analysis, and problem solving.
The lab questions were average, others were fairly easy. Lab stuff were things like dimensional analysis and biology concepts. Data analysis was simple, just looking at graphs and drawing conclusions. Problem solving is basic logic questions.

Asked 3 rounds of basic aptitude questions like graph anaysis and reading and also priniciples of lab like molarity and PCR all in all it was easy. They also had questions about business admin like table analysis and stuff.
OA took around 35 minutes, was around SAT math level. Interview with Senior Scientist took around 45 minutes and covered other basic topics in genetics and statistics. Overall HR was friendly but they use an external platform for interview scheduling.
