Received an automated test assessment invite email from TestGorilla to complete a series of tests totaling around 45 minutes of commitment time. You then receive a quantile score relative to other test takers that is sent to the company. One of the questions on my test was truncated and there was not enough information to answer the question. Because I did not receive any communication from an actual person at BillionToOne, there was no way to rectify this. It honestly feels a bit disrespectful to make potential candidates commit 45 minutes of time before even getting the opportunity to speak to a real person.
