I think they are running a fraud hiring, they went thru all the interview round with me. Asked me to create a detailed GTM plan and then put me on hold for almost more than 2 months. For few days i followed up but after few weeks i knew this going nowhere. Reason of putting on hold was they couldn't find anyone to compare me with. I mean thats pathetic and annoying. Keep your interview process simple, either select or reject.
